Return Policy
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging when applicable.
Returns Due to Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In these cases, Nuvora will cover the return shipping costs and will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can assist you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
